They are respectful and good working people. I've had bad experiences with other bigger companies in Savannah. But these guys I recommend, they' ve been helpful ever since I signed the rental lease.
I've been with them for nearly 8 months and maintenance requests are promptly fulfilled.

First I have to say 5 stars all the way!!!
Tobias and his staff helped me and my son find a nice home in record time that checked all the boxes. I was at a disadvantage as I was moving from 7 states away. It was difficult to just hop up and see every home that popped up on the market.
Tobias and his staff watched the market like a hawk and every time something came on the market he made sure I was aware and if unable to make it he did virtual walk throughs with me. He is everything you hope for in a r.e agent and more. Very responsive, reliable, patient, knowledgeable, fair, and will fight for you. I strongly recommend Tobias and his team. You won’t regret it.

Great customer experience with Tobias and his team. Extremely thorough from beginning to end in the purchase of our home. Tobias did a great job at really listening to our priorities and needs, and in doing so was able to identify our new home in the first showing!!!!! 🤩 while he provided multiple options, we came back to the first property and couldn’t be happier. His team was also very supportive, and went above and beyond to help us with the relocation being that we are moving from out of state. Tobias & Natalie worked day and night helping me get my house ready to put on the market. I had many questions & concerns coming into picking a realtor because of how poorly our last realtor was. Tobias relieved all of my worries & he explained and answered any and all questions I had. There were a few things around the house that needed to be fixed before staging the property & Natalie has all of the connections to get any kind of work you need done.. efficiently, affordable and fast.
